Established in 2020, PT Asas Empat Saudara (AES) has quickly grown to become a leading trading company in Indonesia. We provide products to power plants and energy companies, both domestically and abroad.
We pride ourselves on our focus in providing our customers with superior quality products. By working closely with the best miners and logistics partners, we guarantee a reliable supply of products, as well as a timely delivery for our customers.
Our products come from mines in South Sumatra and South Kalimantan with calorific values ranging from GAR 3800 to GAR 6200. With our expertise and experience in the field, we can blend on site according to the required calorific value.

The Legal Basis for the Establishment of our Company is Notarial Deed No. 01 dated 03rd January 2020 and Ratification of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-0002007.AH.01.01.Tahun 2020 dated 14th January 2020.
Special Mining Business Permit (IUP-K) for Transportation and Sales Number 368/1/IUP//PMDN/2021 dated 07 May 2021.
Market Profile
Domestically, we supply about 500,000 metric tons of coal for power generation and corporate energy annually. Our customers include PLN Batubara Niaga, PT Aneka Tambang (Tbk) and Indonesia Power (IP).
Our export volume is about 4,000,000 metric tons, supplying to India, China, Pakistan, Korea and several countries in Southeast Asia region. Our customers include Trafigura, Far East Commodities, and Glencore.
